Full-Priced items may be exchanged within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned unworn for a full refund. Exchanges are always complimentary and free of charge.

Will I be charged for shipping on my return or exchange?

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non- refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick up facility), as any returned items that is not received by Kapraha will be treated as not returned.
